This Privacy Policy explains how Msito Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”), in partnership with Decentralized System Developers, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the mobile game Block Blast Pro Max (the “Game”) on iOS, Android, or other supported platforms.
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

We do not require you to create an email-and-password account to play. We do not knowingly ask for government ID, precise continuous GPS tracking for gameplay, or contacts from your address book.

The free version of the Game may show banner, interstitial, or rewarded advertisements. Ad partners may collect device and advertising identifiers and use them to provide personalized or non-personalized ads according to your device and regional settings.
You can limit ad tracking in your device settings (for example, “Limit Ad Tracking” / App Tracking Transparency on iOS, or advertising preferences on Android). Purchasing a remove-ads or premium option, where available, may reduce or remove ads according to the product description in the store.
If you use online features, your display name, scores, and rank may be visible to other players on leaderboards. Do not include personal information (real full name, phone number, address, etc.) in your display name.
We retain account, score, achievement, and related data for as long as needed to provide the App, maintain leaderboards, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Local device storage may also keep progress or cached data until you clear app data or uninstall.
You may request deletion of your account-related data by contacting us at the email below. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period, or where we must keep it by law.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information (including encrypted transport where supported by our providers and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) for the purpose of selling data or targeted advertising in violation of applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact decentralisedpayments@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where required.
Parents and guardians should supervise device use and review platform parental controls and ad settings.
Our service providers may process data in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers or applicable legal mechanisms.

Device-level choices include: resetting advertising ID, limiting ad tracking, denying tracking prompts, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the App.
The App does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals in a uniform way because it is a native mobile application. We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share data with advertising and analytics partners as described above, which may constitute a “sale” or “share” under some US state laws. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
