Flow Craft is a mobile puzzle game published by Msito Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Flow Craft on Android (Google Play) and related support channels.

By using Flow Craft, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Information we collect
Flow Craft is designed to collect as little as practical. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs in the game to build behavioral profiles or marketing analytics dashboards.
2.1 Data stored on your device
The app may store the following locally on your device (for example using on-device storage):
- Game progress (completed levels, current level, stars, XP, world progress)
- Settings (sound effects, music, haptics, selected theme)
- In-game currency and related economy state
- Purchase unlock flags used by the app (for example theme pack), subject to store restore rules
- Simple flags such as tutorial completion
This data generally remains on your device unless your device backup systems copy app data, or you clear app storage / uninstall the app.
2.2 Information we do not require to play
You do not need to create a Flow Craft account, and we do not require your name, phone number, or profile photo to play.
2.3 Support messages
If you email us, we receive the address and content you send so we can respond. Use that channel only for support or privacy requests you choose to submit.
2.4 Advertising and device data (free ad-supported play)
If ads are shown, advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) may process technical and advertising-related data as described in Section 5. That can include advertising identifiers, IP address (often used for approximate region), device/app technical details, and ad interaction events.
2.5 Purchases
Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive product identifiers and purchase status needed to unlock content and restore purchases.
3. How we use information
- Provide gameplay, save progress, and remember your settings
- Unlock and restore in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Show ads (including optional rewarded ads) in ad-supported versions
- Respond to support and privacy emails you send us
- Comply with law and protect the integrity of the app and our users
We do not operate an in-game analytics product that tracks your identity across apps. We do not sell lists of player names or emails—we do not collect those to play.
5. Advertising
The free version of Flow Craft may display banner, interstitial, and/or rewarded ads through partners such as Google AdMob. Those partners may use cookies or similar technologies and advertising IDs according to their policies and your device settings.
You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in your device settings (path varies by Android version). Premium / ad-free purchases, where offered, are designed to remove our app’s ad placements subject to the product description in Google Play.

6. In-app purchases and subscriptions
Optional products may include theme unlocks, ad removal, or premium subscriptions. Billing is handled by Google Play. Manage, cancel, or request refunds for subscriptions and one-time products through your Google Play account and Google’s policies.
The app may store local unlock state. Restoring purchases uses Google Play purchase history where available.
7. Data retention
- On-device game data: until you clear app data or uninstall.
- Purchase entitlements: according to Google Play rules and restore eligibility.
- Support emails: as long as needed to handle your request and maintain ordinary business records.
- Ad-related data: retained under the advertising partner’s policies and configuration.

Privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To make a request, email decentralisedpayments@gmail.com with the subject “Flow Craft Privacy Request”. Much of your play data exists only on your device and is removed by clearing app data or uninstalling.
9. Children
Flow Craft is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) for profiling or marketing. If you believe a child contacted us with personal information, email us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate for a mobile game, including relying on platform security for payments. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Keep your device and Google account protected.
11. International users and legal bases
If you use the app from outside your country, third parties such as Google may process data on servers in other regions. Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on performance of the app experience, legitimate interests (security and service integrity), consent where required for personalized advertising, and legal obligations where applicable.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of Flow Craft after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
