Pixee AI does not require user registration, login, or personal identification. All features are available without creating an account.
4. Data Collection & Storage
Uploaded images: Images you upload are processed on our servers to perform the requested AI task. Uploaded and generated images are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing completion.
Non-personal data: We may collect limited non-identifiable data to operate and improve the app, such as:
- Device type and operating system
- App version and usage logs
- Anonymous crash reports and analytics

Pixee AI uses AI models to generate image results. These outputs are model predictions and may not always match user input or expectations. We do not guarantee visual accuracy or specific outcomes. Users may regenerate or edit results if unsatisfied.

Users are responsible for any content they upload or create. You agree not to use Pixee AI to produce or distribute material that is:
- Pornographic, sexual, or exploitative content involving minors
- Hateful, harassing, or violent content
- Copyright-infringing or trademark-infringing content
- Defamatory or an invasion of another person's privacy
We reserve the right to restrict features, block IPs, or remove outputs that violate these rules or applicable laws.

Pixee AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that data.

All uploaded and generated images are deleted automatically after 1 hour. Non-personal system logs and analytics may be retained for up to 30 days to diagnose issues and improve the app.

- React Native / Expo libraries — app UI and native functionality

Users retain rights to images they create with Pixee AI for personal and commercial use subject to third-party rights and laws. The app code, logos, and branding are owned by Decentralized System Developers.

Pixee AI is provided "as is." Decentralized System Developers makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI-generated content. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from use or misuse of the app or generated content.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for data transfer and standard security best practices to protect uploaded content. However, no system is completely secure. Do not upload highly sensitive or confidential images.
